1. Data controller

2. Principles we follow

We process personal data in accordance with the core principles of the GDPR:

4. International transfers

Where we transfer data outside the UK or EEA — for example to recruitment partners in other regions — we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data remains protected.

5. Breach notification

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and, where required, inform affected individuals without undue delay.

6. Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
