Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 10 July 2026

SkillSphere is committed to making our website usable for as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet a high standard of accessibility and to keep improving.

Our standard What we do Known limitations Feedback

1. The standard we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the internationally recognised benchmark for accessible websites. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time fix, and we review our site against these guidelines as we make changes.

2. What we do to support accessibility

Use semantic HTML and clear heading structure so the site works with screen readers.
Aim for sufficient colour contrast and legible, resizable text.
Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for form fields.
Design pages to be responsive and navigable by keyboard as well as mouse.

3. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Where we become aware of an issue, we prioritise fixing it. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please let us know — your feedback helps us improve.

4. Feedback & contact

If you have difficulty using any part of our website, or need information in a different format, contact us at careers@skillsphere.uk. Please tell us the page and the problem you experienced, and we will do our best to help and to put it right.
